My saddle is uncomfortable!
 
  1. A women’s specific saddle is designed specifically for a woman’s unique pelvic structure
  2. Try one of these women’s specific brands: Terry, Bontrager, WTB, Fizik
  3. Be sure to give yourself a few rides to get used to your new saddle
  4. Make sure your saddle is not too ‘cushy’ - the insides of your legs may rub on the wide edges
  5. You should be sitting on your ‘sit bones’ and not on your soft tissue
  6.
