Introduction to racing:
 
To begin a successful entry into the world of mountain bike racing, we will:
  1. Create a fitness training program for you
  2. Determine realistic season goals
  3. Learn how to register for events
  4. Decide what events are most appropriate for you
  5. Learn racing strategies
  6. Become familiar with hydration and nutrition practices needed for successful completion of events
