Learn basic road cycling skills:

While riding together on quiet roads, we will:
  1. •Learn proper body positioning
  2. •Become comfortable riding single file (drafting)
  3. •Learn the rules of the road, as well as common courtesies
  4. •Practise cornering techniques
  5. •Work towards becoming an efficient rider
